Our 365 day performance programme is suitable for the individuals who value consistency and sustainable fitness approach’s. With the scientific approach to mobility, power, strength and core training this programme will deliver unbeatable results.
How we periodise:
Accumulation: This phase is aimed to give you greater volume exposure with higher rep ranges to allow for more muscle growth.
Intensification: This phase aims at higher intensity with lower reps to help build neurological adaptations.
These two phases are altered every 3 weeks with different exercise selections to give you a broad range of exposure and help develop your training age.
How we deliver the programme:
Our coaching is delivered via an app that has video demonstrations of myself coaching the movement, sets, reps, RPE level and rest times so that you have all the tools to achieve maximum results.
